- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and ground sausage.
- Gradually add the milk to the mixture and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
